The contest and auction was started as a way for us wood turners to make a fun item around the holidays to challenge ourselves, maybe win a prize, and most of all help raise money for a great charity!   

• You make an ornament
• You send the ornament to us
• We list the ornaments on Ebay for Charity
• Tell everyone you know to take a look and bid on one they like!
• All proceeds go directly to St. Jude Childen's Hospital
• We have a contest and winners get prizes!
• We all win because as a team we supported St. Jude Children's Hospital!

• We will be accepting ornaments through November 15th
• The live online auction will be held Nov 26th through Dec 3rd on eBay for Charity

• You send in your ornament using the guidelines specified, print out the entry form and send it to Turners Warehouse. (remember you are donating your ornament for auction and will not get it back) Entry Form
• We will be accepting ornaments through November 15th and the live online auction will be held Nov 26th through Dec 3rd on eBay for Charity with proceeds going directly to St Jude Children's Hospital via eBay for Charity and the PayPal Giving Fund.
• Each ornament sent in will be up for auction on eBay for Charity. This will be the second year on eBay and will continue to allow for an easier and more accessible bidding experience than years past (prior auctions were held on FB). Following the close of the auction and the donation collected the ornament will be swiftly on the way to its new home!
• We ask that all entries be lathe turned, but other than that the only limit is your imagination!

There is also a contest element to make it a fun challenge for everyone! We bring in a few outside judges to pick winners and honorable mentions for fun prizes in in the following categories, with two new ones this year! 
1. Youth (17yo and under)
2. Beginner (turning for less than 6 months)
3. Wood
4. Resin
5. Hybrid
6. Expert/Hollowform* 
(*does not need to be hollow- And if you are expert- you know who you are!)
7. Pen (please make your pen holiday themed in some way) 
8. Table Top (please keep the size under 6x6x9 inches) 

We also ask that all entries be lathe turned, but other than that the only limit is your imagination!
