Dust Collection Kit:

  • This kit is great for collecting dust from machines without built-in dust ports.
  • With two different end nozzles and hose end fittings, convert the 2-1/2" x 12" to 36" expandable and shapeable plastic hose into a system for collecting waste material using your shop vacuum.
  • Use the wide mouth nozzle to collect ambient fine dust or direct the narrow tapered nozzle to collect heavier dust and wood chips.
  • Includes: one dust hose, two vacuum hose end fittings, one rectangular nozzle, and one tapered nozzle.

4" to 2.5" Y Fittings:

  • These fittings provide a step down from a larger main line to smaller branch lines.
  • This step-down increases air velocity near the machine where it's needed most.
  • This Y-Fitting has a 2-1/2" diameter lateral port for connecting to a 4" diameter line.
  • Specifications: 4" X 2-1/2"

Swivel Ball:

  • The 4" Swivel Ball Joint provides flexibility in duct layout and features a swivel design that allows up to 20° direction change.

T / Y and Taper Fittings:

  • 4" Taper Oval Nozzle. Oval End: 3" x 1". 3-3/4" OD
  • Y's are used to attach branch lines to service more than one machine. This design provides increased lateral air flow and efficiency over other types of fittings. Angled Y provides less air resistance than 90-degree T-fittings. 2.5" Specifications: Angled Y provides less air resistance than a 90° Tee fitting, 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" OD, Fits most larger shop-vacuum type hose for use as a stationary dust collection system. 4" Specifications: 4" Outside Diameter, ABS Plastic
  • T-fittings provide the option of adding branches to a system to service each machine in a shop. T's are very helpful when space or design constraints prohibit the use of Y's. 2.5" Specifications; 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" x 2-1/2", Fits most larger shop-vacuum type hose for use as a stationary dust collection system
